What is the cleaning process?
Bike Leathers Cleaned use a special (wet-cleaning) process to remove the dirt and grime from the outside. Within and part of this process it not just cleans the outsade but more important the inside.
We treat the leather by applying a leather dressing this is left for 24hrs to soak in before we feed the leather by introducing a Hide Food, this contains BEESWAX & NATURAL LANOLIN again left for 24hrs before buffing the leather. (Applying this will prolong the life of leathers, make water resistant and help keeping cleaner longer, also helps to stop the flies sticking to the leather making it easier for them to be wiped off).
In extreme circumstances or were drying out has occurred we apply special LEATHER OILS. We could add, for extra water proofing further application of this at an extra cost of £4.50 (trouser or jacket) or £8.00(2 or 1pc suit). This is the most comprehensive cleaning & rejuvenation process available anywhere in Europe.

- You order online the envelopes for sending your Bike Leather items to Bike Leathers Cleaned.
- Bike Leathers Cleaned send you by 1st class post a pre-paid envelope to put your bike leather items to be cleaned in and post back to us.
- You remove all body armour which is not a permanent fixture within the leather item, package in the pre-paid envelope, and take the Packet Post Return envelope to any Post Office and ask for proof of sending.
- Bike Leathers Cleaned receive your leather items and taking great care will clean and rejuvenate your items.
- Bike Leathers Cleaned will contact you by text or email to confirm payment arrangements.
- You make payment via the Payment line.
- Bike Leathers Cleaned package and return your leather items.
- You receive your items by Courier and your leather items are ready for use.
